I currently am a post-doc with the Computational Clinical Imaging Group at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown, working on developing novel diagnostic tools for prostate cancer diagnosis using mpMRI as part of the ProCAncer-I consortium.

Previously, I did my PhD on the evolution and morphology of blood cells at the EMBL-EBI and the Cambridge University with Moritz Gerstung and George Vassiliou, and my Master’s thesis on protein binding prediction with Irina Moreira’s Data-Driven Molecular Design group.

In my free time I do some music production, talk about politics and science, and work on some coding projects usually related with data visualization and society.
